I'm always curious about how people grow. I feel fortunate that I get to listen to people's stories and help set them up for success every day. I love what I do.
When I'm not talent mapping, you can find me hanging out by the water, consuming endless podcasts and spending too much money on sourdough bread.

I’ve been public speaking for several years. I’ve had the pleasure of moderating panels, delivering presentations and creating workshops for small groups to audiences of over 500 attendees.
Topics I’ve spoken on range from the importance of storytelling in recruiting, belonging in the workplace, employer branding, and creating team member engagement strategies.

Community support goes hand-in-hand with the work I do.
In 2014, I founded a non-profit called Acts of Greatness that offered community awards to LGBTQ youth that celebrated their accomplishments.
In 2017, I co-founded an annual volunteering event where Toronto’s tech community came together to do good with local nonprofits.
To further my community focus, I donate 10% of the money earned from my coaching services to support organizations and causes that do good in the world.
