Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to craft the vision and strategy for all talent activities.

I’m an experienced career coach. I really love providing job seekers with the support and tools they need to pursue their career goals.

Speaking
I’ve been public speaking for several years. I’ve had the pleasure of moderating panels, delivering presentations and creating workshops for small groups to audiences of over 500 attendees.
Topics I’ve spoken on range from the importance of storytelling in recruiting, belonging in the workplace, employer branding, and creating team member engagement strategies.
I’m available for keynotes, presentations and panels. I’ll customize my content to help facilitate the outcome you want to create for your event.
Giving Back
Community support goes hand-in-hand with the work I do.
In 2014, I founded a non-profit called Acts of Greatness that offered community awards to LGBTQ youth that celebrated their accomplishments.
In 2017, I co-founded an annual volunteering event where Toronto’s tech community came together to do good with local nonprofits.
To further my community focus, I donate 10% of the money earned from my coaching services to support organizations and causes that do good in the world.
